I really wanted to love these lights a?? the length is excellent and the warm glow is lovely. Unfortunately, theya??re completely let down by one major flaw: they dona??t remember the mode you set. I like my lights on a steady (static) setting, but every evening they turn on cycling through all the flashing modes, and I have to manually reset them each time. It completely defeats the purpose of having solar lights that should work automatically. A real shame, as they could have been perfect otherwise.

These solar lights are a great choice if you want delicate lighting on trees and shrubs or fencing during lighter months of the year The wire is of the very thin copper type which makes it easy to install and wrap around branches without it being overly heavy or noticeable from a distance during the day. The thin wire also means these can be cut off with garden shears when the solar battery eventually gives up (lifespan for these type of lights is usually 2-3 years dependant on product quality) Of a night you get pretty delicate lights in either flashing or static mode dependant on which setting you choose. You do need to be aware that these rely on direct sunlight onto the small panel to charge the solar battery. They will not charge or only partially charge on very overcast days and you may not get any lights to work for days or weeks over winter when the sky is almost permanently overcast or the sun sits too low in the sky to clear surrounding plants or fences. This is not a fault of the product. Ita??s how all solar batteries work and I usually find that attaching the solar panel to the top of the nearest fence helps to increase the daylight that catches the panel. Once charged you can expect 2-3 hours of twinkling lights after sundown in the summer and 1-2 hours in the spring and autumn months as the sun levels start to drop. These are overall good quality lights and look pretty of an evening when fixed around the garden

Delivered in a plain box Inside there are two solar panels with ground stakes and two copper wired string lights wrapped around cardboard . Each string holds 120 led lights . These are easy to install , just unravel the light string and place it where you want the lights to shine fix the solar panel on the ground stake ,fasten into the ground , then press the power button on the back . These string lights have three lighting modes static , flashing and running . They're very bright and the solar panel catches the sun even on the darkest of days .

Lovley bright lights but very thin wires

I have bought similar before and have been really pleased. This time I bought and then tested one to make sure they worked, then put them on to our outdoor Christmas display. When I charged the batteries, I expected the display but the one I didna??t test was not working. I have looked for any problems but found none. I Bought a dud. So 50% of my light display doesna??t work.

Didn't last very long, easily tangled

I bought them to decorate my garden and I like them. I don't know how long it will last, but it's good for the price.

These are as plug and play out of the box, just wire it around where you want in the garden, stick the pegs in the grass, turn on and then let the sun charge it during the day, and when anything covers the top the lights come on so at night it will shine all over, good for the fairy tale gardens. There's no other way to charge it I'm afraid, so I took a star off for that, but also there was a mode that didn't work for me and did nothing, small issue really great 2 set of lights, but both the same colour. Having a choice of colours would make this product better and a rechargeable waterproof seal slot to charge it up for those dull days before a party. Key features: Solar lights charge in the sun and auto wake at nighttime. Really long 12 meters will cover a large wide garden. Bright in the dark with a few modes to play with.

Bought these lights for the garden set them up and one set work and look lovely. The second set absolutely nothing! Checked settings etc but these are a dud set. Didna??t keep the packaging so cana??t return.

2 pack of 12m string of 120 LED's outdoor solar lighting. The 2 kits come in one box and consists of the string and solar panel. The solar panel needs a little assembly to secure the ground spike to it and then it is simply pushed into the ground with a good view of the sun. The lights uncoil easily and can be run into tree's, along soffits for example. The lights auto turn on when the darkness level is right and stays on to the set duration that you have selected. The lights look nice, there are 8 modes that can be selected, a couple of which are good, the rest all all annoying flashing style modes. Decent LEDs - 4 stars

These are on all night long, even in Scotland. They are a little fiddly, but that's to be expected. Apart from that, they are awesome. I didn't expect to still see them on at 6-7am in the morning on short Scottish days! Awesome!
