Products
Do solar lights need mains electricity?
No. They charge during daylight and switch on automatically when it becomes dark, provided the power switch is on.
How long do they illuminate?
Charging and run time vary by model, season, weather and panel position. Please use the specifications on the relevant product page as the definitive guide.
Are all products waterproof?
Outdoor ratings vary by product. Check the IP rating shown on the product page and do not submerge products unless expressly stated.
Can batteries be replaced?
Some models have replaceable rechargeable batteries. Check the product instructions before opening the unit.
Setup and care
- Charge the product outdoors in direct daylight before first use.
- Set the switch to ON and remove any battery isolation tab.
- Position the solar panel away from shade and bright night-time lighting.
- Clean the panel with a soft damp cloth; do not use abrasive cleaners.
Orders and support
Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process. Delivery estimates and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed once available.

SHIPPING
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
