18-Month Limited Warranty

Coverage period

CE Garden warrants eligible products against manufacturing defects for 18 months from the original purchase date. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

What is covered

• Failure of a component during normal use caused by a manufacturing defect.
• Material or assembly defects present under normal installation and care.
• A remedy appropriate to the circumstances, such as troubleshooting, replacement parts, replacement or refund.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, cosmetic changes or natural battery-capacity reduction.
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, submersion, modification or incorrect installation.
• Performance affected by insufficient daylight, shade, weather or unsuitable placement.
• Loss, theft or damage caused by third-party accessories.

Make a claim

Email support@cegarden.com with your order number, product name, description of the fault and clear photos or a short video. Do not dispose of the product until the claim is resolved.

Your legal rights

This warranty does not replace or reduce statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
