- β Exposure to extreme conditions beyond specified operating range (-4Β°F to 140Β°F)
- β Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
- β Commercial or industrial use (warranty applies to residential use only)
- β Lost or stolen products / Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

- Step 3: Review & Response β Our support team will review your claim and respond within 24 business hours.
- Step 4: Resolution β We will either send a free replacement (most common), issue a full refund, or provide a replacement part. For replacements: We cover return shipping costs.
- Step 5: Follow-Up β Once resolved, we'll follow up to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Q: Do I need to register my product for the warranty?
A: No registration required! Your warranty is automatically valid from the date of purchase. Registering can speed up future claims.
Q: Can I extend my warranty beyond 18 months?
A: Currently we don't offer paid extensions, but many CE Garden products work well beyond 18 months with proper care.
Q: The battery died after 12 months. Is this covered?
A: Yes! Premature battery failure within the 18-month window is fully covered β we'll send a free replacement.
Q: Do I need to return the defective item?
A: In some cases yes. If needed, we provide a prepaid label. Some minor issues may be resolved without return.
