Permission is granted for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may NOT:

All prices in USD. Prices subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities per customer/household/order. Colors/images are approximations; dimensions are approximate. $99+ = free shipping (Europe & US).

5. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders. Payment required in full at checkout. We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

CE Garden is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages including but not limited to errors in content, personal injury/property damage, data loss, business interruption, or profit loss.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CE Garden against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. For EU customers, consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. For all other matters not covered by mandatory consumer protection laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CE Garden is registered.
