Effective 30 July 2026. These terms apply when you browse cegarden.com or place an order.
1. About these terms
CE Garden operates this online store. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under UK consumer law.
2. Products and pricing
Store prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless another local currency is clearly selected. Product images and colours may vary slightly by display. Model-specific dimensions, ratings and performance are stated on each product page.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel or limit an order for payment, stock, pricing or fraud-prevention reasons and will refund any amount collected for a cancelled order.
4. Delivery, returns and warranty
Processing times, delivery estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible manufacturing defects may be covered by our 18-Month Warranty.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code or reproduce protected content without permission. Site content belongs to CE Garden or its licensors.
6. Liability
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
7. Privacy and changes
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms prospectively; the version applicable to an order is the version in force when the order is placed.
