A straightforward returns process that does not affect your statutory rights.
30-day return window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. It should be unused, complete and in its original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.
UK cancellation rights
UK consumers may also have a statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery, followed by 14 days to send the goods back. Legal exceptions may apply. This policy is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
Start a return
Email support@cegarden.com with your order number, item and reason. Wait for return instructions before sending anything. Returns sent without authorisation may be delayed or refused.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.
Change-of-mind return costs
Unless we state otherwise or the law requires us to pay, customers cover change-of-mind return postage. Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary. We will notify you if a deduction is necessary for handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the goods.
