• European Union (27 Member States): Standard shipping (5–10 business days). Free on orders $99+. Includes Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, Portugal, Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, Hungary, Greece, Denmark, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Malta.
• United Kingdom: Standard shipping (5–12 business days). Free on orders $99+. Please note: UK orders may be subject to customs duties and import VAT, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Non-EU European Countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.): Standard shipping (7–14 business days). Free on orders $99+. Additional customs duties may apply.
• United States: Standard shipping (7–15 business days). Free on orders $99+.
• Other International: Currently not available. We're expanding — stay tuned!

🏭 Shipping Carriers

• DHL — Primary carrier for European deliveries
• DPD — For EU member state deliveries
• UPS — For standard and expedited deliveries to the US and select EU regions
• Local Postal Services — Last-mile delivery in partnership with national postal operators

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track anytime via our Track Order page.

🔄 Address Changes

• You may change your address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
• Email support@cegarden.com ASAP with order number + new address.
• We process changes within 48 business hours.

📋 Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Package: Check around property, with neighbors, and with local carrier. If still missing within 7 days, contact us for investigation.
Damaged Package: Take photos immediately of packaging and products, email us at support@cegarden.com, we'll arrange free replacement.

🧾 VAT & Taxes

For EU orders, VAT is included at checkout via the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system where applicable. Orders to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU countries may be subject to local import duties and VAT upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. US orders are not subject to VAT at checkout.
