📝 Return Eligibility

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

• ✅ Item in original condition — unused, undamaged, resalable
• ✅ All original packaging, accessories, tags included
• ✅ Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
• ✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Cannot be returned: Used/damaged items, missing packaging, after 30-day window, final sale items, gift cards

🔄 How to Return

1. Email us at support@cegarden.com subject "Return Request — [Order Number]"
2. Wait for approval — Response within 24 business days with RMA number and instructions
3. Pack securely in original packaging, write RMA number on outside of package
4. Ship back (prepaid label provided for defective/wrong items; customer pays for "changed mind" returns)
5. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving return
